Oreo Cake Recipe – How to Make Oreo Cake at Home

Oreo is a sandwich cookie with two round biscuits and a crème filling in between. The majority of the people enjoy eating the Oreo biscuit by twisting the cookies open and dunking them in milk to enjoy the flavours.

How to bake an easy Oreo Cake at home?

  • Oreo cookies – 200 grams
  • Baking powder – 2tsp
  • Milk – 1-2 cups

Step 1

Take a bowl and empty the Oreo cookies in them.

Step 2

Take a grinding jar and add baking powder and the bowl of cookies and grind them well.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, take the ground Oreo mixture and add milk, slowly mixing it to avoid forming lumps. Mix the batter till it is smooth.

Step 4

Take a cake tin and butter it inside, or use butter paper to line it. Let the cake batter settle into the cake tin.

Step 5

The oven has to be set at 200 degrees, and the cake is baked for 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 6

Push a toothpick to see if the cake is proper. Shut down the oven and let the cake cool down. 

Check if the cake is made by pushing a toothpick. Let the cake cool once the oven has been turned off.

Step 7

A simple Oreo cake is now ready.

If you want a crunchy top before putting the baking tray in the oven, you can crush a few Oreo biscuits and top the cake batter with it.

Frosting an Oreo cake

To create a decorative topping on cakes, you have to know how to make toppings.

Ingredients required

  • 3 to 4 Oreo cookies with cream
  • Softened cream cheese
  • Sugar powdered

Step 1

Mix the Oreo cookies with the cream.

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, take the powdered sugar and cream cheese.

Step 3

Mix the above mixture till a smooth mixture is formed. Add the crushed Oreo mixture and mix again for 1 minute.

Step 4

Pour the frosting into a piping bag. You can use the frosting as you want the Oreo biscuit cake to be decorated.

Eggless Oreos cupcakes recipe

If you love Oreos in any form, try this fluffy Oreo cupcake recipe which is easy and quick to make. You can add the frosting as per your likes.


  • All-purpose flour – 2cups
  • Baking powder – 1¼ tsp
  • Baking soda – ¼ tsp
  • Salt – 1tsp
  • Whole milk or plant milk – 1cup
  • Apple Cider Vinegar – 1tbsp
  • Unsalted butter – ⅓ cup
  • Sugar – 1cup
  • Vegetable oil – 3tbsp
  • Vanilla extract – 1tsp
  • Oreo biscuits – 10

Step 1

In a bowl, whisk the milk and vinegar and set it aside.

Step 2

Get together all the dry ingredients like the flour, baking soda, and powder, along with the salt.

Step 3

Next, mix the sugar with butter and beat it till it is soft. Add vanilla extract and mix.

Step 4

Now blend in the above mixture with the dry mixture of flour and milk.

Step 5

Add in the Oreo crushed biscuits.

Step 6

Fill the cupcake moulds to ⅔rd level.

Step 7

Bake them and check with a toothpick if they are done.

They can be frosted once they cool off for the Oreo biscuit cake decoration.

No-bake mini-Oreo cheesecakes

These cheesecakes are made with Oreo cheesecake filling with Oreo crust and need not be shared as they are mini cakes.


For the Crust 

  • Oreo crumbs – 1 cup
  • Oreo biscuits – 10
  • Melted butter – 3 tbsp

For the filling

  • Cream cheese – 400grams
  • Sugar – ½ cup
  • Sour cream – 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Cold whipping cream – ½ cup or 150ml
  • Sugar powdered – 6 tbsp
  • Oreo crumbs – 100gms
  • Chopped Oreos – 8 to10

For topping

  • Whipping cream – ¾ cup
  • Sugar powdered – ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
  • Oreo crumbs – 2tbsp
  • Oreo for toppings

Step 1

Using a non-stick spray, add cupcake liners to the cake pan.

Step 2

Blend the melted butter with Oreo cookie crumbs. Press these into the cupcake pan bottoms between the cupcake liners.

Step 3

The crusts have to go into the fridge while making the filling.

Step 4

For the filling, take sugar and cream cheese in a bowl and mix well.

Step 5

Mix the vanilla extract and sour cream to the above mixture and keep it aside.

Step 6

Take another bowl, add the sugar along with whipping cream and blend it nicely till the cream is stiff.

Step 7

Put the whipped cream into the cheesecake filling.

Step 8

Mix in the Oreo Crumbs and cut Oreos.

Step 9

Fill the cheesecake cups to the top with the topping.

Step 10

The mini-Oreo cheesecakes need to be refrigerated till they are firm.

Step 11

For the topping, take the whipping cream with vanilla extract, sugar, and Oreo crumbs and mix till the mixture is stiff. Please take it in piping bags and decorate the cheesecake.
